1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using k1ladex.com or app.k1ladex.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
K1LADEX provides an AI-powered stock scoring framework called SIGNAL+. The Service analyzes publicly available market data and returns a score, verdict, and supporting data for any ticker submitted by the user. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
K1LADEX is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial planner, or any form of licensed financial professional. No output from K1LADEX should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
The operator of this Service may hold long positions in securities analyzed through the Service. All scores are generated by the SIGNAL+ algorithm and are not influenced by any personal holding.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited by applicable law.
4. Free Tier and Subscription
The Service offers a limited free tier (three scans) and a paid subscription ("Founding Member" access) billed monthly. Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
K1LADEX reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Founding Member rates are grandfathered for the duration of continuous active subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, methodology, scoring logic, terminology (including SIGNAL+, AI², Estimated Prints, Winner Ladder, Checkpoint Zero, and K1LADEX), visual design, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of K1LADEX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission from K1LADEX.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities laws
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
- Automate requests to the Service (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology or underlying algorithms
- Misrepresent K1LADEX output as licensed financial advice
- Use K1LADEX scores in any public-facing financial publication without attribution and a clear disclaimer
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. K1LADEX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
K1LADEX does not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the data returned is accurate, complete, or current; (c) any score or verdict will result in a profitable investment outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K1LADEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE — EVEN IF K1LADEX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
K1LADEX's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to K1LADEX in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Investment Risk Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of all capital invested
- Past performance of any pattern, strategy, or ticker does not guarantee future results
- K1LADEX scores are pattern-matching outputs, not predictions of price movement
- You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
- You have not relied on K1LADEX as a substitute for professional financial advice
10. Third-Party Data
The Service relies on market data from third-party providers including Finnhub and Finviz. K1LADEX makes no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Errors in source data may produce inaccurate scores. Always independently verify data before acting on any output from the Service.
11. Modifications to Terms
K1LADEX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
K1LADEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
